Refund policy
Refunds of sealed, unused items in saleable condition are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We are unable to accept returns of frozen or refrigerated goods. Refunds are done with the same method of payment used at time of purchase, or with a gift card. Pet Grocer retains the right to change this policy at our discretion as needed and without notice.
Online orders - please contact us to arrange your return. We accept sealed, unused items for return to be shipped at your cost to us. You will be responsible for both shipping costs from when we shipped it to you and when you ship it return to us. We may be able to help with shipping costs using our courier service in select areas. It is best to reach out to us first to try to assist to keep your return shipping costs low. We are not responsible for items lost in transit - please ensure you ship returns with tracking and insurance.

We know how important it is for your pet to get the right food in perfect condition—especially when it comes to raw or frozen items. While we can’t accept returns of raw or frozen foods due to the nature of our products and delivery routes, we promise to make it right if anything isn’t up to standard.
💬 Spotted an issue?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. For delivery clients please send us a quick message with a photo of the product, lot number and expiry date and we’ll take care of it—either by sending a replacement with your next order or applying a store credit.
