We pack and send your order info to the courier the day it is received (weekends excluded).

We deliver in a select portion of South Central Ontario, Canada with a driver service including frozen goods). See details below.

We ship across Canada, see details below.

We can deliver all goods within our delivery area (see below).

Local (New Tecumseth, Ontario):

Delivery within a ~35 minute drive from 312 Victoria St. E, Alliston, Ontario available as our local territory. No fee on local delivery orders over $50. Delivery fee of $9.99 for orders under $50 (free regardless of order size within Alliston - please CALL US to place your order if you want this free delivery in Alliston under $50 - online orders will not give you this option but we can process your order over the phone).

Simcoe County:

All of Simcoe County, including Barrie, Bradford, Innisfil, Essa, Orillia, Midland and more are covered!

Orders are typically delivered next business day. For faster delivery please call or text the store for a quote (as fast as two hours in some cases!). Orders $149.99 and higher are free delivery! Under that amount only 14.99 for delivery.

Central Ontario Region:

TORONTO, GTA, YORK REGION, PEEL REGION, ORANGEVILLE AND OTHER AREAS - REGIONAL DELIVERY:

We offer once weekly regional delivery to Greater GTA, Toronto, York Region, and Peel Region. We extend into Caledon, Mono, Orangeville, and more. If the website doesn't allow you to checkout for delivery - please call, text (705-250-8383) or email the store and we will see if we can fit your area in for delivery.

Minimum order for free central Ontario deliveries is $150. Delivery fee of $14.99 for regional deliveries under $150 before taxes. Please order by Sunday night to make the cut off for Wednesday delivery. Need to order after Sunday? Call or text 705-250-8383 to see if we can fit your order in!

All deliveries:
We will contact you by text message to let you know when your delivery time will be. Please include your phone number!

Delivery dates subject to change, currently most local deliveries are scheduled for Wednesday, Friday or Saturday. Whenever possible, we will attempt to do same day or next day if we have a driver available!

Central Ontario, GTA and other regional delivery currently happens on Wednesdays.

We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. This is with a courier to your door (no PO Boxes). (International shipping coming soonish - we are learning the rules of export). See details below.

Frozen or temperature sensitive items are not able to be shipped at this time - unfortunately shipping is too expensive to get it to you! We are also working on solutions for this - stay tuned for frozen item shipping. We can ship all our shelf stable, non-perishable items to you.

Actual shipping rates will be charged on heavy or oversized items, and to select postal codes with high courier fees out of our control. All other regular orders are a flat rate of $14.99 across Canada. NEW: free shipping on orders $150.00 or more before taxes! Certain areas/postal codes may be excluded, please call or text 705.250.8383 or email info@petgrocer.ca if you have questions or we can help with custom requests.

We are a store with real people - local Canadians, answering the phone to assist you!

Undelivered packages that are returned to us are subject to new shipping charges - for example if your address is incomplete, and we are charged a second delivery fee you will pay that second delivery fee, or may opt to have a refund for the product, minus the shipping costs that we have already paid and a 15% restocking charge. Please note the shipping fee we pay may be higher than what we charge you on your order. 

Any undeliverable items returned to us will be held for two weeks after we contact you about the product return, after that we will donate it to a local charity or family in need.
